~Rare Honey from Japanese Honeybees, Found Only in Japan, to the World~

Thank you all so much for your continued support.
We, "Japanese Honeybee," are beekeepers specializing in the Japanese honeybee.

In our first Kickstarter project, we were honored to receive support from 384 backers, raising ¥4,325,607!
Among all the honey distributed in Japan, honey from the Japanese honeybee accounts for only 0.1%, and almost none of it reaches overseas markets. Being able to share this "phantom honey" with people around the world made us truly happy.

This experience gave us both confidence and a strong desire to "spread the charm of the Japanese honeybee even further."

Highlights of the Second Project

For the 2025 Kickstarter edition,
we have prepared a special package with a cherry blossom motif.

We hope you will not only enjoy the honey itself but also feel a sense of "Japan" through the packaging design.

This time as well, we are offering “Daisen Honey,” “Daisen White Honey,” and value set products.

  • Daisen Honey (100g / 150g)
  • Daisen White Honey (100g / 150g)
  • Daisen Honey Set (100g / 150g)

All of these products are 100% raw honey with no heat treatment or added sweeteners.
They retain their natural nutrients and enzymes, allowing you to enjoy their deep richness and clear flavor.

Why Japanese Honeybee Honey Is So Special

  • The Japanese honeybee is an indigenous species found only in Japan
  • Each bee produces only about one teaspoon of honey in its lifetime
  • Honey can be harvested only once a year (in autumn)
  • Because nectar comes from a variety of seasonal flowers, the flavor is rich and complex

In other words, Japanese honeybee honey is not only rare but also a unique delicacy that embodies the beauty of living in harmony with nature.

Our Environmental Commitment

A portion of the proceeds from this project will go toward:

  • Activities to increase the Japanese honeybee population
  • Restoring forests and abandoned farmland by planting nectar-rich trees and flowers

Our mission is to "protect Japanese honeybees and pass them on to future generations."

In Closing

We, Bee Boys, continue our beekeeping under the guidance of our mentor, one of Japan’s leading Japanese honeybee beekeepers,
always valuing “living in harmony with nature and people.”

In each small spoonful of honey lies the blessing of nature and the diligent work of honeybees.
Please take this opportunity to experience it for yourself.

We sincerely look forward to your warm support!
