Welcome to the World of Japanese Honeybees
We are beekeepers in the rich natural environment of Mount Daisen, Tottori Prefecture, dedicated to nurturing Japanese honeybees. Our mission is to protect ecosystems through our work with these remarkable bees.
We share the beauty of Japanese honeybee beekeeping and the exceptional quality of raw honey with the world through our blog and social media. Be sure to check it out!

Honey from Japanese honeybees is incredibly rare, accounting for only 0.1% of the domestic market. This rarity is why it is often referred to as "Phantom Honey."
Compared to the more commonly available honey from Western honeybees, it has a higher sugar content and a richer, deeper flavor that is truly astonishing.
It is, without a doubt, a "luxurious phantom honey."

Beekeeping plays a significant role in advancing the goals of the SDGs. As bees pollinate, they enable plants to thrive, which in turn absorb carbon dioxide and produce oxygen, creating a vital chain of environmental benefits. This process helps build a sustainable ecosystem, even in urban areas, by maintaining the connections between living organisms.
According to the 2011 UN Environment Programme report, “70% of the 100 crop species that provide 90% of the world’s food depend on pollination by bees.” This statistic highlights not only the crucial role bees play in the environment but also their profound importance to humanity. Beekeeping thus supports a healthier planet and a sustainable future.

Beekeepers are experts in their craft, but many struggle with effectively communicating the value of their honey and selling it. We’ve often heard them say, “If we could leave the sales to someone else, we could focus entirely on beekeeping.”
This has inspired us to take on the mission of spreading the unique value of Japanese honeybees and actively working to promote and sell their honey.
